We are using Knowledge Center. A zip file downloaded from publication manager after a publish finishes, sometimes doesn't contain all of the files and the DITA-OT log is truncated. The actual output on the server is complete and contains all of the files.
Do you have any idea what could cause that and how to fix the problem?
Looking at the problem end-to-end, then a key question is: is the problem reproducible? And if only partially, on which machines, for which users or at which times, at which network locations, etc
Then let's find "the half" on where it goes wrong and zoom in there again...
So if you download the created ZIP file over the Web Client or even ISHRemote, does then still contain the necessary stuff? If you keep the ZIP file on the publish server, does it always work?
It happens rarely, for me. So, I think it is reproducible, but it would be after a long time that it happens again, probably.
This is when publishing from publication manager. The zip is not corrupted. So, something is zipping up files with only some of the files in it, and the log file before it has finished.
