Is there any way to export publishing logs from the Tridion web client?

Hello Everyone, 
 In our user group there are some voices claiming that our publishing load is causing some issues - in other words, some users claim they have to wait too long on publishing jobs to complete. 
 So, it would be great if the publishing logs in the web client could be exported to a file to get a sense of the publishing times and load. 
 Does anyone know if this is possible? 
 Otherwise I might add it to Ideas.

Hi Peter, 
 Select all (Ctrl-A) allows you to copy some stuff from EventMonitor into an Excel table. 
 Digging deeper... Publishing has many dimensions: event types, the data size, the data complexity, standard or custom DITA-OT, and rendering to your final format (PDF, ZIP, etc). So two API tips come to mind 
 
 Since 13SP2/13.0.2 there is a BackgroundTask API call, through ISHRemote it is opened up via cmdlet Get-IshBackgroundTask Where start and end date is the total handling time (not the queue/wait time). 
 Since 'ever' the EventMonitor web client view, has a Events API behind it, through ISHRemote it is opened up via cmdlet Get-IShEvent so the following code sample could inspire $requestedMetadata = Set-IshRequestedMetadataField -Name "EVENTID" -Level "Progress" | Set-IshRequestedMetadataField -Name "EVENTTYPE" -Level "Progress" | Set-IshRequestedMetadataField -Name "EVENTDATATYPE" -Level "Detail" $metadataFilter = Set-IshMetadataFilterField -Name "ACTION" -Level "Detail" -FilterOperator In -Value "Request started, Start execution, Execution completed" Get-IshEvent -EventTypes @("PUBLISHREACHINTERNAL") -RequestedMetadata $requestedMetadata -MetadataFilter $metadataFilter -ModifiedSince "01/01/2020 00:00:00"
