How does one install the synchronization service that is mentioned when you install condition manager?

We are using Knowledge Center. The installer mentions a synchronization service that can be setup to synchronize conditions between systems. How does one install that service?

Hi Kendall, 
 The service is an unsecured endpoint that delivers data in a specific format. I have always seen these integrations go over Professional Services. I don't believe the format is publicly documented as there are some gotchas and best practices that have to be kept in mind. Usually the information comes from "product engineering". 
 Note that condition management is shared and synchronized across CMS users, this is about synchronizing from an external source to avoid the occasional administration that happens with some customers.
