While opening a Publication from the client Publication Manager, it crashes or fails to respond after 5 minutes?

Sorry too little information... please consult the Tridion Docs/Knowledge Center product champion within your company... he can work to get steps-to-reproduce, logging, screen-recordings,... and pass them as a reproducible case to SDL Support.

Issue resolved, we renamed the SDL folders in APPDATA folder and deleted the accounts. Post the restart, SDL referred to the new folders instead of the old ones and later we added the account. This prevented SDL from crashing.
