For some reason we have a number of Null Objects that have appeared under our min Configuration Group. If you click on these objects it causes Contenta to hang up and will have to kill the session. We have told our users to ignore them but it would be better if we could remove them.
We have dealt with these Null Objects in the past and the procedure to remove them is a very high risk process. I would recommend you look to engage with SDL Professional Services who can turn to or work with our ENG and CS teams to assist in the removal of these Null Objects.
As you know we no longer have a maintenance contract we SDL since we are planning to move away from Contenta. I was hoping maybe someone had some documentation or suggestions on how to do this.
I will pass your suggestion on to my managers and see if they are wiling to discuss having SDL help with this issue.
