The name of the software product for producing IETM/IETP is SDL LiveContent S1000D.
You really should go to and read the web page that Chris Leggett (of Letterpart Limited) referenced; there's some good information and background there.
As I've mentioned to your question before, as far as "availability of trial" and other questions you will need to contact SDL Sales and/or open up a Case with SDL Customer Support. On the web page Chris mentioned there is also a Contact Us link.
