I am pleased to announce the latest release for the SDL Integration for Salesforce Knowledge. This delivers two important bug fixes as raised by customers.

Bug FixesA previous bug fix in v1.20 to resolve the issue when a user sent an updated article with fields removed had been found to be incomplete in a customers instance. This has now been resolved.
When upgrading the app from older versions (1.14 to 1.20) the app was causing a timeout when accessing the Knowledge Artcicle configuration page. This did not occur when installing the app as new. The timeout issue has been resolved in v1.22.
