We suggest changing the way error messages are displayed.

Currently, error messages only appear for a few seconds in the upper right corner of the screen. The user hardly has time to read the message. It is even easily possible to completely overlook the messages. Sometimes multiple messages appear at the same time, making it completely impossible to read them. (In such cases, I sometimes take quick screenshots to be able to read the messages at all.)

Error messages should not only be meaningful, the user must also have time to read and understand them. The best way to achieve this is for error messages to be controlled interactively by the user.
