Job Numbering - Add 2 zeros in front single digit numbers and 1 zero in front of double digit numbers

Currently MultiTrans is set to number daily requests starting with the number -1. For example, QTS-200114-1

This causes issues when searching for single digit requests outside of MultiTrans. For example when you try to search an inbox for QTS-200114-1 all daily requests that start with 1 will show-up. For example; QTS-200114-11, QTS-200114-12, QTS-200114-100...

Simply adding a 2 zeros in-front of single digit numbers and 1 zero in front of double digit numbers would fix this. For example;QTS-200114-001 or QTS-200114-010
