When a plug-in experienced a timeout in a multi-server environment, it was possible for two instances of the same plug-in to be running on two separate servers at the same time.

The issue occurred due to synchronization issues with the notification of the plug-in timeout.

Timeout notifications are now synchronized to prevent multiple instances of a single plug-in from running at the same time on separate servers.

SDL-hosted customers should contact SDL Support to arrange for this hotfix to be deployed.

Customers who host SDL TMS themselves should download the installer for SDLTMS11.4.0 Hotfix for CRQ-5904.exe from the following FTP site: TMS/11.4/Hotfix/
