Symptoms:
After installing SDL TMS 11.4, comments added on the Add Cost tab when editing a Job were not being retained once the page was submitted.

Explanation:
This issue was introduced in SDL TMS 11.4 as a result of some page optimizations to improve performance.

Resolution:
Comments added on the Add Cost tab are now correctly retained against the job.

SDL-hosted customers should contact SDL Support to arrange for this hotfix to be deployed.
