Symptoms:

The error "An item with the same key has already been added” is displayed when saving a file after the segmentation of XML assets with either the Custom XML Embedded or the Custom XML Legacy filters and there are also two parser rules defined, as follows:

• One parser rule for the parent which is not translatable.
• One parser rule for the child which is translatable apart from protected content with tag type inline.

Resolution:

You can fix this issue by deploying the update to FTS 11.1.1, available on FTP.

If you cannot deploy it, contact the SDL Support Team:

• Log in to your "My SDL" Account.
• Log a support request via Support&Education Support.

Important!

 This fix is only compatible with WorldServer 11.1.1 CU4.
