WorldServer would count tags incorrectly during the Save Online Asset step for assets processed with certain file types. This caused database inconsistencies and led to errors during the Generate Translation Kit step or when the tasks went through the Enable Online Editing step for the second time.

You can fix this issue by deploying the update to WorldServer 11.3.2, which is available on FTP.

If you cannot deploy it, connect to the Customer Support Web Portal and log a case. You need an account to log a case. If you do not have an account, contact your company's SDL Support Account Administrator.
