Scoping information / Cost Model Not Set ?

Hi, I got a question from a translator.

His words: "I'm putting together my invoice and noticed that there are two tasks where I can't see my amount in the "Scoping information" section. I only see the "Betsson Master Cost Model" there."

I checked the tasks and they both say:

"Completed Set Cost Model (LIB) step of task 1 in time [00:00:00] on engine [SNJWS219:clone#1551592871:engine#2] with result Cost Model Not Set. Execution output: Different vendors have different cost models assigned to them."

The assignee was changed once.

What can I do here?

I don't work much with cost models in WS but i would venture from the error that the action to set cost model (LIB) is a project level auto action and that some of the tasks are assigned to one vendor and some are assigned to another vendor and that the auto action cannot then determine which should be used.

That's my best guess given the above.

I can say that you can set a cost model on a project manually by selecting that project in the project list and clicking the change attributes button. You would have to have the appropriate rights of course.
