Hello,I have defined a custom attribute "Translation(s) downloaded" as a check box for Transport users so that others in their group will know that the files have already been downloaded. The idea is that they would go to the Edit Project page to tick this box after downloading. However, when trying to save after checking the box, the warning "Due dates are required" is displayed and the updated project is not saved. Due dates are mandatory for the project and have been provided when creating the project. Any ideas how to get around this?Dave
The behavior of the Due Date value you described seems to be a kind of defects.
Has the due date value you have entered at creating a project been cleared on the Edit Project page, or still you can see the value but the error occurred?
I tried to reproduce it, but could not.
Hi Taiki,I double checked and today was able to edit.
can you please check if the resolution/workaround described in this article might apply to your issue?
Have you checked if the Transport user has the permission "Can update project due dates" enabled in her/his Transport User Type?
Hi Caterina,This problem seems to have resolved itsefl (see above). It may well be that I did not have that option checked the first time I tried it. In any case, it now works as expected. Thanks for getting back to me!
