After importing a package from WorldServer, changes to the XLIFF file cannot be saved in Studio 2019 and delivered return package remains empty

Question

Dear All, 
 after importing a project package from WorldServer the Word Count of one of the files is "0" although 400 words are in this file. The file can be translated in Studio, the TUs saved in the TM, but it is not possible to save the changes to the XLIFF file in the project so that the return package is empty on the target side.. 
 The package is downloaded from WorldServer downloaded via Internet Explorer and we use the most recent version of Studio 2019. 
 Error message when trying to save the opened file in the Editor view in Studio is: 
 
 Does/Did anybody experience the same problem?

Hi Renate, 
 the issue could be related to your Studio installation, or could be related to the WorldServer package (WSXZ) itself. 
 
 Ideally you should create a Support case and provide the package exported from WorldServer and provide exact steps to reproduce the error. The Support team can test the WSXZ package to determine if the issue is reproducible or not. If it is, it might be a problem with the Worldserver project from which the package has been exported. This would require an analysis of the project in the Worldserver environment. If the issue is not reproducible and the package and the project file can be opened just fine in Studio, the issue could be related to your Studio installation or configuration. All this can only be determined based on the data you provide via Support case. I hope this helps you.
