Re AEM 6.5 connector and WS 11.5: new connector doesn't let me create more than 1 cloud config. How do I fix this?

I am installing the AEM 6.5 connector(v. 6.5.0-1.0.6) for WorldServer (11.5.0.68) and I can't create more than 1 cloud configuration. I need to have at least 2 configurations pointing to different project types. From the installation instructions this seems to be possible, but the Create button is grayed out after creating the first configuration. See screenshot.
