Customers who host SDL TMS themselves should download the installer for SDLTMS 12.4.28605.16 - Cumulative Update 16 for SDL TMS.exe from the following FTP site: ftp://ftp-emea.sdlproducts.com/SDL TMS/12.4/CU/

NOTE: Customers who previously installed the full version of SDL TMS 12.4 and experienced CRQ-17727 will need to download the full installer which can be extracted from the ISO image which is available in the parent folder here: ftp://ftp-emea.sdlproducts.com/SDL TMS/12.4
