Customers who host SDL TMS themselves should download the installer for SDLTMS 12.3.28745.13 - Cumulative Update 13 for SDL TMS.exe from the following FTP site: ftp://ftp-emea.sdlproducts.com/SDL TMS/12.3/CU/

NOTE: Customers who previously installed the full version of SDL TMS 12.3 and experienced CRQ-17727 will need to download the full installer which can be extracted from the ISO image which is available in the parent folder here: ftp://ftp-emea.sdlproducts.com/SDL TMS/12.3
