In WorldServer, we have a great Automatic Step called Create Project Package. This step is a new version of Generate Translation Kit and has been introduced in version 11.6.1. 

Both steps are great and very helpful because they export all the Tasks automatically and make them available for translators as project attribute. All they need to do is download the package. No more tedious manual exports: by the time a traslator is assigned to a project or Task, the package is ready to be downloaded and they can start their work in Studio. However, sometimes the Create Project Package or Generate Translation Kit fails to run with this error message: 

Pending claimant must be one of the assignees of the next task-step
