When will the new 11.0.1 be released and what will be the new features?

My understanding as a customer is that this info and the installers should be available in the next few weeks

On the WS Roadmap that SDL just ran last week 11.1 is currently slated for Q3 of this year. However 11.0.1 has been released an includes all the improvements from 10.4.5 and 11.0

11.2 was slated for Q1 of next year i think.
