I have just tried to set an exception day for the Workload Planner. But it had no effect. I set the volume for this date to zero, but the jobs allocated to this date were not moved, even though the schedule is free enough around this date.
Later I tried to change manually the allocation from the Workload Planner tab in the Job Details, but it changed nothing as well.
Am I doing something wrong?
Confirm a bug. Currently it works like volume which should be deducted from maximum volume. So, if you set not zero, but your daily capacity there, it will work!
But of course this is not correct behavior. Will be fixing!
For me it doesn't work either way. Entering an exception day for a day which already has a job allocated to it, doesn't have any effect.
Yes, correct, it works only for future automatic allocations.
