I have a problem with the calculation of the number of words per hour in a job.
I did a job with about 1,500 words. But the word count is off, for some reason. It shows an "average volume" of 18.
Why would this be happening? It's never happened to me before.

Did you check Fuzzy scheme? Maybe, according your fuzzy scheme, No match fuzzy has zero weight, or is missing there at all?
I have the same problem although I use the default fuzzy scheme ! What else could be the reason ?
Fuzzy scheme could be selected on global level (Default fuzzy scheme), on customer's level (same field in a customer editing window), and on job level (Fuzzy scheme field). So, going from job, to customer, to global level, you can determine which fuzzy scheme is used in your job. And then, may I ask you to make a screenshot of your fuzzy scheme (editing form, not list)? I'm sure it will help to determine an issue!
