I just re-tested network license and it worked well. From your screenshot I see that the app is in Demo mode, that's why you can't create jobs. This means that license wasn't installed correctly. For network licenses, the general workflow is the following:

1. Install SDL License Server Manager
2. Install license in License Manager
3. Run Activation in Business Manager and connect it to installed License Manager
4. Get Licensed label in the Activation wizard.

Acrtualy it works now ... That problem has occurred because I tried to add a job on my 2-nd computer which, I do not know why, I can not connect! It is connected to the same local network, via Wi.Fi. but I can not get the activation ... But I think the problem is with the netwarok itself. But now on my main computer everything works fine. ...

Yes, I think it will be difficult to give recommendations about network setup. Just check firewall, check that both belong to same workgroup, that they have static local IPs (optionally).. Windows 10 has some Network discovery wizard, as I remember. Network setup is always not easy. Hope you'll manage it to work.
