This is made intentionally. Job can be marked as paid only if it has invoice and payment over that invoice. Simple change of status isn't possible, because it will be automatically reverted back to invoiced, if payment over an invoice does not exist.

Why, if These are PAID:
All these jobs are still listed like this ???
I think it's worth to open invoice for a job and check if that invoice is paid. If it's paid, then job also should be marked as paid. Otherwise, you can click Create a payment for an invoice, and in the result invoice will be marked as paid and all jobs included i that invoice will also be marked as paid. Does it help?

I did cancel payments ...
and made new ones for the same invoices ...
But nothing changed ... Should I really delete invoices themeself ?? I do not want to ...
Or change them 1 by 1 ??? :o(

Strange. You show that invoice is marked as paid, but jobs remain invoiced. Can you please check this:
Open such job, switch to the Invoices tab, and check Due column of linked invoices. Is it zero?

BTW, I was tired yesterday so I opened 1 by 1 my strange invoices and marked all as paid (so now "due" is 0. Before this, I do not know) ... In a few days, I will see what it will go on with the new ones and if there will be something wrong I will write here again.

Eugene, I have a problem ...
Just paid and invoice, jobs are not effected, even if INSIDE the single job, in the tab "invoice", the invoice it seld DOES see the payment.

Yes, Pietro, I confirm bug. Somehow it appeared in one of latest releases. I will prepare an urgent update to fix this issue. Maybe not today, not sure. Thank you!!

TBM 6.1.66: still happens. Created a payment. Invoice status stays as "Invoiced".
Details: I openend a new payment and just clicked ok, without changing any field, as I was paid in full.
