custom field / new contact table in customer data

Hello,

I have a request to automate the sending of emails to one of my clients.

For this client, I'm in touch with PMs and CMs. I have used the Contacts tab in the Customer details to enter all the PM and be able to choose the right PM for the drop down menu in each job so this can be used elsewhere (invoicing, emails,...)

I would need to have a custom field in the translation job panel with also a drop down menu of all the CMs. So I figure I would need to create custom field and add all the CMs. I would then be able to use this variable elsewhere, like in an email template (e.g. Hi {RecipientFirstName}, This project is completed and has been approved by {CMName}).

My issue is I can figure out how to create/add this in my Customer data.
