The SDL Trados Business Manager Lite version 5.2.0 (referred to as "Business Manager Lite") release addresses the following:
(BACCS-440) Changed the overall logic of the plugin. When a project is added to the Business Manager Lite database, the system automatically creates tasks from a project analysis which are added to the Project tasks table. These tasks can't be edited for the synced project, but it is possible to add custom tasks. When the project becomes non-synced (where the synced box is unchecked) the user can freely edit the analysis tasks. For synced projects, when you add or remove files from a project or create a new analysis the analysis tasks will be automatically adjusted on the next synchronization. Comparing this to the previous approach the user can now view all the data used to calculate the project amount (instead of clicking an additional button).This new approach simplifies the quote and invoice creation procedure since the additional dialog to configure the analysis import setting doesn't get displayed anymore. Instead, the system directly transfers data from a project to the quote/invoice. In other words, if you wish to convert data to different units you do this in advance in the project editing window.
(BACCS-43) Project editing window - added a 'Convert analysis' button, which allows you to perform the following actions for non-synced projects:
(BACCS-444) Settings - added the 'Default analysis units' parameter. This controls the units which should be imported by default to synced projects: Words or Characters.

Each of these actions allows you to search for a quote/invoice number or project name. A successful result will open the quote/invoice/project editing window. If there is no result an error message is displayed.
(BACCS-439) Project editing window - added Time tracker data to the form. This allows you to make changes in records created by the time tracker for a particular project.
(BACCS-426) Synchronisation performance - Improved performance of the project synchronization process.
(BACCS-431) Added a data import feature - It is now possible to migrate from the legacy BaccS Desktop, or Business Manager Team, to Business Manager Lite. A button to import the data can be found in the Settings screen.
(BACCS-432) Added a 'Specialization' column to the default prices (global and per-customer) - now it's possible to create different prices for different specializations.
(BACCS-438) Improved project syncing functionality - Synchronization is now performed immediately after project creation in Trados Studio as opposed to every 5 minutes. This assures improved support for notifications (Quote/Invoice creation) which now appear immediately after the creation of a new Trados Studio project.
(BACCS-433) Custom Quote templates - Fixed a bug preventing the use of a custom quote template that was selected in the settings.
(BACCS-442) Error reporting - Fixed an issue where Business Manager Lite caught exceptions generated by Trados Studio and showed a duplicated error dialog.
(BACCS-468) Replaced quote/invoice creation dialog - Simplified the number of options when selecting the source for quote/invoice creation (you can use an existing quote for an invoice, the project tasks, the time tracker or a combination of them).
(BACCS-471) Quote template - If the 'Default quote template' set in customer settings had any value selected (so not empty) the invoice template was used instead of the quote.
(BACCS-473) Quote list - added a 'Create invoice' button, which introduces support for the creation of an invoice directly from a quote.
(BACCS-474) Project list - added an 'Invoiced amount' column.
(BACCS-475) Project list - The languages column now displays short codes instead of the full language names saving space.
(BACCS-469) Time tracker window - After adding a new service type in the reference data, this new service now appears in the combo-box in the Time tracker window without the need for a restart.
(BACCS-478) Improved service selection in the Time tracker window - If you change the default service type it will be saved and automatically used for documents opened in the same mode (Translation, Review, Sign-Off).
(BACCS-479) Studio notifications - Resolved a problem with notifications where previous notifications could re-appear, despite closing them, after creating a new project.
There is no automatic update for Business Manager Lite, so you will need to download the plugin from your MySDL Account and save it to your desktop. Double-click the plugin file and follow the on-screen instructions to download and apply the update.
