Online Translation Editor login problem

2 days agoaI signed up a 10days trial account for Online Translation Editor. Today I tried to login, but I get the following message:

An account has already been linked to your organization. We recommend that you contact your account administrator for helping you with the user configuration. Alternatively, contact the support team.


Any idea???

    It seems you have created an account with Online Editor- free trial- different than your corporate account so when you try to login your corporate account is given priority to login.
    Please try to enter your personal credentials instead of the corporate and if it fails I suggest you contact the Language Cloud department, in here:
