Studio 2019 SR1 CU2 update ended up endless rebooting

During the update to CU2 (both studio and multiterm 2019),

 

1. Message asking for rebooting to complete the update appears in the middle of updating.

2. Say "Yes" > reboot > License agreement window > updating progress window > Asking again for rebooting > over and over again

3. Say no, then Studio works as the older version without no further message. But multiterm doesn't even allow this. It bugs me all the time regardless of rebooting.

 

Has anyone experienced the same problem?
