Trados Studio could not be initiated correctly

The message appear nothing more than clicking twice on the icon and say the app could not be initiated correctly 0x0000135. Make click on accept to close it.

the same happens with SDL multiterm and passolo says that cannot find the license information then when I click on product activation it repeats the same message check for product activation cannot load library,


Can any one of you help me to solve this problem
