Sorry, I thought you were running Studio 2017- however the article could still help (just a change of the Studio version number is needed).
Please navigate to the following (after clicking on your C: drive)
The double clicking the StudioUpdateClient.exe
Then once complete- please reboot your machine and restart Studio.
Does this resolve the problem?
If not, please follow these steps- and manually install the components (double clicking on the .exe and .msi will allow you to execute/install the files manually).
Now reboot your machine and Studio.
IS the problem now fixed?
