Terms are recognized with red lines but no results available in the termbase window



I am a new user of Trados studio 2019. I've just realized that after I save some terms in my termbase, they get red lines right above them, but there is no results available in the termbase window.  The result shows only when I search the term in the window manually, which is totally pointless. Can someone tell me how to fix this issue? The language pair I work with is Korean and English. Thank you for your help.

  • It sounds as though you have somehow lost your term recognition pane. You should have a couple of tabs in that pane, onoe for search which you have, and one for term recognition. Try going to View -> Reset Window Layout and it might fix your problem.
