I used to be able to see the statistics analysis for each file within a project, but now it seems no longer possible: in a project containing several files, I can only see confirmation statistics per file and statistics analysis for an entire project.
(When adding a single file to an existing project, I non longer see repetitions, etc. for this single file.)

Nothing has changed here... and I'm assuming you are using Studio 2019 even though I doubt anything has changed since Studio 2009 in this regard.
Please explain the steps you are running through to create your project and then run your report?
I create a project using a custom model with specific memories and termbases, then just run the assistant. I used to be able to select any file and see the analysis statitstics for this file, now can I only see confirmation statitstics.
I should mention that I did not have to run a report to see this. Just select a file in the Files view and I could see it.
I found it! I found the button in the Display tab and was able to drag the view to where it used to be! Problem solved :-)

That helps... I suggest you try View -> Reset Window Layout. It sounds as though you inadvertently closed a view. Or even View and then select the missing view from the ribbon.
