Translation of the notes in a PowerPoint

HI,

I remember having translated PowerPoint presentations in the past where all the notes were included in the original translation. Now, with version 2019, I have to review and translate all the notes separately. Is there a function or a box that I need to check to have everything , i.e. slides and notes, included in the original file to be translated?

Quite simple: before you start, adapt your project template. There you go to File types, chose the corresponding Powerpoint type, go to Common and select, how notes shall be treated.

I have this problem too. Could you please go through the process for me step by step? Where do I adapt my project template? Before, during or after I run the wizard to create the project?

There are several ways to get it done. You always need to check the Notes setting (before or during the creating the project):
