I'm currently trying out the demo of Trados 2019 before upgrading. I want to use the real-time/embedded Microsoft Word preview, but am getting the error message: "No preview available. Click here for troubleshooting". When I do that, I get the message: "An error was encountered while previewing the file. Please check your MS Office installation". I'm using Microsoft Office 365; I've checked file types and Microsoft Word 2007-2016 has been selected. Can anyone suggest a workaround....? I had exactly the same issue with Studio 2015 (on a different machine), which was a shame as that was my main reason for upgrading at the time, and was really hoping that this particular bug would have been fixed for Studio 2019.
