What are you doing when this message comes up?

Are you using any plugins?  AutoHotkey Manager for example?

I have the same issue from time to time. It happened to me again just now, while I was simply reviewing some translated files.

I got this error message and then Studio just crashed. Unfortunately it seems to be a recurring issue (though not so frequent) but I have not been able to pinpoint any particular condition that might trigger it.

Hi - just an outsider comment... 

Judging by the screenshot it seems to be a bug in the YourProductivity Studio plugin which uses RavenDB behind the scenes to store information. Apparently sometimes the plugin is not closing (?) correctly the DB requests so it reaches the maximum allowed by RavenDB (apparently 30 by default).

I would say that you are moving too fast from segment to segment and the RavenDB requests are not saved/closed fast enough - could this be the case? [You are too fast for Studio  ]

This is really insightful. I'd presume this is just the case. I'm removing YourProductivity, not even knew how I got it.
