I have had Studio 2017 for a few weeks. I recently installed an update and now I can't open the application.
I get two messages:
1) Une exception a été levée par l'initialiseur de type Sdl.Enterprise2.Platform.Client.IdentityInfoCache
2) Failed to add window command bar extensions
All Windows updates have been done - it still won't open. I saw in another thread that perhaps I should Reset Studio but I'm not sure how to do that.
I'd be grateful if someone could help out.
Hi Claire Walters , To do a reset rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio: c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\18.104.22.168
I had the same problem, but this suggestion didn't help.
