Hi everyone, I am trying to upgrade trados studio and after descompressing and when starting to install and error arises with Suite Load Exception, the error says Error reading the suite file, C:\ProgramData\PackageCache\SDL\SDLTradosStudio2017SR1\TranslationStudio Profesional.Suite.
Can anybody help to solve this?

You have two options:
1. Submit a case using a webform2. Use live chat to get a licence reset
You want to use the first option and make sure that you refer to this thread so the teams can see what you have tried already.

I can see from our logs Dorin sent you a WebEx invitation yesterday lunchtime.
