Trados Studio 2017 disappeared from my customer account

Hi,

I have installed Trados Studio 2019 on my PC, but I would need to reinstall Trados Studio and Multiterm 2017. I could download the installation files, but could not find the corresponding licence anymore (although, if it were there I still should reset it as it was activated on my previous PC). I have one account only and I have checked more than once the whole list, could you please help with this issue?
