Site won't let me view licenses

Due to an unfortunate incident, I had to reset my computer to factory settings. I reinstalled Trados using my license code.

Now I'm trying to activate Trados for a job and it claims I'm working on a trial. I try to activate it with the license code, but it says it's invalid. I tried going to the SDL site, logged in and clicked on licenses to see what other codes I might need, but that section of the site just won't load. It takes forever and then just gives up. It loads every other part without issue, but decides "nope" on the area I need the most.

Is there any other way for me to view my licenses? Or can anyone just tell me what is generally going on?
