I have been trying to deactivate my professional license offline and the link sent to me does not work.
The computer in which I had installed the original license is dead and I am unable to access it.
I need to get some help.

I have reset your license and you should now be able to reactivate it without any problems.

Alina, you deactivated my Freelancer License. I need the PROFESSIONAL LICENSE deactivated, not the freelancer. Can you please correct this issue asap?
