So far I have been using the Studio Starter version 2021 (SR1 22.214.171.12484) without any problems. But recently I receive error messages, when trying to load a single document for translation (see error message 1 attached) or opening any *.xliff file (see error message 2).
I have followed all the steps recommended on the website (https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/w/customer-experience/3392/01-2-trouble-shooting-unexplained-errors-and-unwanted-behaviour-in-trados-studio-multiterm) apart from the last one, i.e. to repair/reset Studio via the app FreshStart, as I can not download it (see error message 3).
Can you help me?
It works now! Workaround 2 - renaming the .xml files was the solution.

Indeed, Starter is the basic edition of Studio and does not allow access to install plugins from the AppStore.
However you can still repair and reset it following the steps described here:
