When I open Trados this morning, a message told me the evaluation has expired and then it asks me to activate my license, which I already did.
I cannot reset my activation code because I already had the "issue" 3 times and already reseted the code 3 times. What should I do and why does Trados ask me to activate my license regularly even if I'm working with the same license on the same computer and my license has no expiry date?

On my account, I have 1 licence, 1 in use and 0 available. But the only one in use I should have is the one I want to use on this computer and that does not work...

I`ve reset your license, please try to reactivate it while connected to wireless. If you have a docking stations please disconnect from the docking station before activating the license.
Same problem again this morning... What do I do? Where is this coming from?

I`ve reset your license again. I`ve checked your license in more details and noticed that for each activation the installation ID changes, most probably because the MAC address of your computer changes. What type of internet connection are you using?

Thanks for your help. Yes, that must be it because I'm using my cellphone as connection sharing point - that should be solved this afternoon. Meanwhile, I'm still encountering the same Trados pb this morning: could you be please reset the activation code for me, hopefully for the last time?

I`ve reset your license.
Hi, Is it possible to reset both codes (the 1, and the extra activation) again, please ? Can't open Trados again, Internet problem is not fixed (I'm angry), and I can't work...
I`ve reset both activations. To avoid this issue I recommend to deactivate the license from Studio before closing the PC and then reactivate it after you open it and the internet connection is on.
