Trying to upgrade my 2017 to my new 2021 license the system bugged.
My 2017 license is considered as deactivated in the software whereas in my account page it's considered as "in use"...so I cannot deactivate or activate it.
Besides, I was supposed to see my new 2021 license in the blue banner, but instead I only see an update of the 2017 version.
I also tried to reinitialize my license and there was an error message.
I have tried all this offline since I cannot access your server otherwise.
Could you please help me. This is urgent. I cannot work anymore since my 2017 is not working and I don't have my 2021 license.
