I have run into a new Multiterm v2019 problem today: when trying to open Multiterm, it obviously tries to check for a new version and then the icon of the opened program just stays in Window's Taskbar, but Multiterm cannot be maximized or used. It has to be closed forcibly.
When trying to uninstall/reinstall the product, the following message appears:
I have tried everything: using a custom uninstaller to uninstall and get rid of all Multiterm traces, then install it from scratch. No luck with the new installation. Uninstall also Studio and reinstall it again: did not help.
It seems that over the past two week, all I have been doing is trying to fix different Trados errors and I am growing tired a frustrated.
I followed all the instructions above and tried to re-install MultiTerm. But was unable to do so.I do not have a support contract. So how do I resolve this issue?
Thanks and best wishes.
Hi Gurudutt Kamath
Installation issues do not require a support contract. You can use the URL Paul supplied above.
Thanks so much. I did not realise that you can fill the form shown below.
I have now entered a case. Hope SDL is able to resolve it.
