After the last MultiTerm update, the application no longer works correctly. Multiterm supposedly starts "normally", but the program window no longer opens (see screenshot). Does anyone have an idea? Before the update MulitTerm worked without problems ...

Can you please try with a Multiterm repair or reset - https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000003356 and then reopen Multiterm please. Also please make sure the Multiterm is added in the exception list into your Antivirus.

If the solution is known, why is it not possible for SDL to provide a new update that does this work automatically?
