Please I need an answer urgently regarding SDL Multiterm. My computer crashed (brand new) and needs repair. I have deactivated my SDL Trados Studio 2017 and need to deactivate the SDL Multiterm as well. I am unable to deactivate my Multiterm but the licence doesn't even show in the list of my licenses.
I don't find the answer in the previous request.
Hi Johanne Arbour
my impression was that MultiTerm does not have this kind of license that you could deactivate. It just runs. But Steven Whale would be able to answer this better than I.
Hi Johanne Arbour Daniel Hug ,
When removing/reinstalling MultiTerm- you can just go ahead, as there are no licences to activate/deactivate.
You do however need to remember, when you update Studio, you also need to update MultiTerm the same way as otherwise they wont sync properly.
So I have to "uninstall" Multiterm ?
No, you don't have to uninstall MultiTerm. You can just install it on your new device.
Thank you all. It's greatly appreciated.
