Detecting language please wait for.......
I wanted to share a few multilingual termbases on SDL appstore but couldn't go through the whole process as the format wasn't accepted and at some point I got stuck in the publication process for app developpers as there was no API or software adaptation involved in the creation of those termbases. Could anyone give me a hint on how to proceed otherwise I would publish them on some other platform.
I have just logged in as you and loaded the termbase. My guess is that you either didn't check the box to say that you wanted us to host it, or you were trying to add it in the overview…

thanks Paul, you're right, I was in the overview section.
All good now... thanks for sharing your work!
Hi Paul, I can't download this because I don't have a separate Multiterm license, only Studio with integrated Multiterm. Just checking whether I can get hold of it or not?
Thanks! (and thanks Steve for sharing it!)

If you have Studio then you also have MultiTerm. You'll be able to download this from your account.
I'm logged in but I get this error message:
Maybe I've misunderstood?
No, this should work for you. I just checked the download and it seems to be working so there must be something specific to you we need to figure out. Can you try these things first please:
1. Try clearing your browser cache
2. Try using a different browser
If neither of these work we can escalate to our IT in case there is a problem with your account, but please try the two things above first because IT won't be able to effect anything if your browser is the problem.
In the meantime I have just added Studio as a check to the app record to see if this helps. Let me know if you can download this now please?
I have also logged an IT request as I just noted a couple of others who could not download it either.
Please could you also try again: Michael Beijer, Ozzie O
Thanks Paul, it works now!
Fantastic, got it, thanks so much Paul! (I did try the browser clear/change but to no avail).
I have managed to download this termbase without difficulties, but am currently having exactly the problem described here with the other termbase: https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/multiterm-glossary-resistance-welding/1053/. Am I doing something wrong, or is there a genuine problem here?
I think you should create a new thread for a different issue, and also make sure you refer to the correct post. The link you provided is the link to the app, not to a problem somewhere.
Sorry, will do. This is my first time in this forum and my post did not appear where I expected it to.
Hi Colin, let me know if you're still having trouble with the download and I'll sent you the dropbox link.
Don't know why the problem was occurring, but apparently Steven Whale has now sent me the termbase via e-mail. I'll see this evening whether it has arrived...
Meanwhile, thanks for sharing this resource! It should come in very handy for certain jobs.
