I have a Studio 2019 Freelance Plus licence, and thus MultiTerm 2019, and have managed to download the following termbase without difficulties:
https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/multiterm-glossary-safety-of-machinery/1044/
However, on trying to download the following termbase provided by the same user:
I have exactly the same problem described by Catherine Rushton here:
https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/f/multiterm/28131/sharing-termbases-in-sdl-appstore/92493?focus=true#92493
Is there an obvious reason why one should download while the other apparently rejects my licence, even though the specified requirements appear to be the same for both?
Hello Colin Rowe,
Can you make sure that you are logged in with your registered email address please where you hold your licences.
This message will appear if you are using a different email address/account…
This message will appear if you are using a different email address/account where no licences are held.
I have sent you the termbase to the registered email address.
Many thanks! I shall check e-mail this evening (currently logged on remotely with no access to e-mail).
I was logged in with the same e-mail address while attempting to download both termbases. For one it worked, while the other just generated the message above.
It made no difference whether I used my desktop PC or laptop, nor what browser I used (Chrome, Edge, Internet Explorer).
