I have Studio 2017 SR1 and Studio 2019 SR1 installed on my computer. The reason being that there were many troubles with Studio 2019 SR1 at the beginning so I used the legacy one as redundant solution to avoid any delay in delivering my jobs. Sometimes, however, I just have to prepare a quotation and to save time, I used to apply the SDL Analyse 2017 App. Unfortunately, I cannot download the 2017 SR1 App (the one adapted to Studio 2019 SR1 neither) any longer. When I am on the App screen and click "Download", a prompt would pop up asking me whether the emal address given there is correct. Clicking on that button, I am returned to the download screen, etc., etc. Is there any remedy at hand saving me time needed to open a project in each case? May be, a ZIP file sent to my email address might help. By the way, the built-in Analysis features in both versions work alright.
